Programme Manager and Project Manager Roles differ in the delivery of a successful project; a programme manager is responsible for creating the cultural environment where as the project manager is responsible for the delivery of the project within the culture that has been created by the programme manager. As both programme and project manager PMAcademy is able to apply the ‘trade off’s’ required by both the programme and project manager to ensure operational effectiveness as well as provision of the key deliverables identified by the project.
