PRINCE2® FOUNDATION AND PRACTITIONER SELF STUDY
![]()
OVERVIEW
Structured project management means managing the project in a logical, organised way, following defined steps. A structured project management method is the written description of this logical, organised approach, and PRINCE2® (PRojects IN a Controlled Environment) is a structured project management method.
It has been proven that self study reduces learning time substantially, whilst improving retention.
A case study, based on a hypothetical is followed through in parallel with the learning material to demonstrate how the PRINCE2® method may be applied and tailored in real life.

The multiple Foundation choice, closed book exam is one hour in duration and delegates must obtain 38 out of 75 questions. Practitioner students must obtain 59 out of 108 questions.
The distance learning course has been designed to operate on all versions of MS Windows XP and MS Windows Vista.
Alternatively, organisations or students may require a blend of self study and classroom interventions. This blend of training permits distance learning at your own pace, whilst classroom workshops aim to reinforce concepts and clarify areas of uncertainty.
