PMP® CONCLUSION BOOT CAMP
OVERVIEW
This project management course is designed for delegates that have already studied and need to conclude their studies to take the Project Management Institute’s PMP® examination PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
The PMP® Certification, which has more than tripled in the last five years, is the industry’s foremost credential and is a benchmark for many of the world’s largest corporations for the advancement and employment within project management.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This project management course is aimed at Programme and Project Management professionals who meet the PMI® eligibility requirements and seek formal certification.
PRE-REQUISITE LEARNING
Candidates must already be eligible to write the PMP® examination, should already have done most of the studying and will use this boot camp to conclude their studies for the PMP® examination.
To qualify for the examination, candidates must also have a minimum of 35 contact training hours and eligibility to take the exam is based on either:
- A degreed with a minimum of 4,500 hours of project work gained within the last 3 years, or
- Non-degreed, a minimum of 7,500 hours of project work gained within the last 5 years

COURSE DURATION & DELIVERY
Our facilitators are all PMP®-certified. This intensive project management boot camp is presented over 2 days and contributes 35 education contact hours towards the PMP® certification. The contact hours are accrued through classroom training and post course studying and assignments.
The project management boot camp integrates high-level PMBOK® Knowledge Area reviews with sample exam questions and answers assessments. Our facilitators guide delegates through exam “trouble spots”, exam technique and examination tips.

PMP® status is awarded on successful application and passing the PMP® exam. Once certified, PMP®’s must demonstrate an ongoing professional commitment to the field of project management by satisfying PMI’s Continued Certification.
The project management workshop may be delivered at our premises or alternatively we also tailor the course to be delivered in-house with sufficient attendees.
