Project Planning

Together with your project team and key stakeholders, PM Academy facilitates project planning sessions to get your projects planned right first time, every time.
During our planning session, the business case is established or confirmed together with a mandate from the organisation to proceed. Key stakeholders are identified together with the core team and projects are scoped and documented. Projects are either planned based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or PRINCE2. Once the scoping documents are approved, the project is formally handed over to the delivery team.
Strategic Planning
As busy executives it is difficult to manage operations and strategically plan at the same time. We structure and facilitate your planning process to create a vision for change and guide your planning team to make key decisions about your organisation’s future. Our deliverables during the strategic planning session encompass the following steps:
