We follow a 5 step approach when placing candidates:

Selection: This involves reading through a number of CV’s, narrowing candidate selection down to a smaller number and selecting those CV’s to prepare for the filtration process

Filtration: Filtering  CV’s and choosing the most suitable candidates on the basis of qualification, experience and understanding of the industry

Evaluation: Evaluating selected candidates CV’s and putting the most appropriate CV’s aside to revise.

Revision: Final decision on candidate choice.

Execution: Execution of interviews and negotiations
