PM Academy is an Accredited Consulting Organisation (ACO) through the APMG in the United Kingdom. We are one of only two Accredited Training Organisations in Africa. With our accreditation our registered consultants will demonstrate the strength and depth of their knowledge and experience to current and potential clients.
The PM Academy ACO can demonstrate significant value to our clients as:
- Our close relationship with the APMG ensures PM Academy is up-to-date with developments concerning the methodology and have access to pre-release information prior to new versions of the APMG materials being released.
- PM Academy successfully completed a rigorous assessment process where all APMG standards were met. Our APMG certified Quality Management System (QMS) assures our clients that rigorous governance is adhered to when delivering high quality service to our clients.
- Our Registered Consultants have completed an in-depth evaluation and are re-assessed regularly to ensure that they continue to meet the high standards set by the APMG.
- We are licensed to use the P3M3 Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model. This international best practice maturity model guides us to establish the current and target levels of client project management maturity. In addition, benchmarks to similar organisations can be obtained.
- ACO’s have exclusive rights to extract UK Crown Copyright material from the PRINCE2® manual when delivering consulting services. ACO’s may use the appropriate Cabinet Office owned logos and trademarks for accredited consulting activities in all marketing material
